A slice of Paradise

Porch sanctuary at Seaflower, the hammock is tucked away.

Ducks on-site.

Some fellow Canadians we met, sitting at a bar overlooking the lake that we rope swung into.
An incredible amount of fun.

Ginger eating spiral potato chips that were fried fresh right in front of us.

We've moved from the Seaflower resort to the Baan Tai resort, on Baan Tai beach. We're pretty near a night market and a couple tiny thai restaurants serving fruit shakes for 20 baht (67 cents) and most thai dishes running about 50 baht. Thailand is still hot, and we've discovered that we're actually here in monsoon season, but have only seen a half hours rain, so we've been very lucky.

  1. Glad you're well - looks beautiful.

All we're hearing about here re: Thailand is flooding. Today CNN posted a story about the beer supply running low...
